Hi, does anyone know where the configuration button is on an electric radiator thermostat as I cannot get the red light to flash rapidly for connectivity?

If you mean the HeatPol Home+ heater, here is a fragment of the manual:
"If the heater is not in the pairing mode it should be switched to that mode by
performing following steps.
- Turn off the heater by holding the lower/minus button (on the controller or remote control)
for approx. 3 seconds, until the display turns off.
- Press and hold the lower/minus button again (on the controller or remote control) for 5 seconds.
The dot on the display will be flashing rapidly (access point – pairing mode)."
