Configuration form returning Error

Hello,
I have uploaded this project to ESP8266 nodemcu V3 - https://github.com/SUPLA/ESP8266/tree/master/RGBW
Everything works fine but when I am trying to configure my device via browser I am getting Error message after sending form. How can I solve this problem?
