i am unable to perform action.

what software are you using?
It seems to connect but the content of the Link is incorrect.

i am using D_Link_Config_5_s_x4.rar and i tried it with for devices turned off aswell.

yes i did activate on/off functionality for it, but by stupid brain didn't click on save changes. i am really sorry for this.
