Please help…I’m going nuts!
I have used my varilight dimmer for years no problem. Today I changed WiFi provider and cannot get it to link to WiFi any more. There is plenty of signal and the WiFi is 2.4. I’ve tried several iOS devices, reinstalling supra app, even resetting the dimmer and turning off the mains power to it. I’ve uninstalled the dimmer on the app and tried to add again, but it times out. I always get the supra WiFi when in pairing mode but it never completed the connection. Nothing works.
Setup after changing WiFi provider

Dimmer does not see the vodafoneB85CC9 network. Maybe you have a typo somewhere (upper/lower case letters matter). Maybe you have a space somewhere at the end or beginning. Maybe the network does not work on 2.4Ghz.

Thank you for your ideas.
It is definitely spelled correctly.
All the other options I have tried too. I attach more screenshots - it is now repeatedly asking to join the wifi even when it is clearly joined, then times out without an error message. My wifi provider cannot find a problem there, and all other devices in the home are connecting easily - only Supla that isn’t working.

If you have problems configuring using the wizard in the app, try changing the settings manually.
1. Switch the dimmer to configuration mode by holding the knob for 5 seconds (the backlight will start flashing).
2. Connect to the wifi network broadcast by the dimmer.
3. Open the page http://192.168.4.1
4. Change the wifi network name and password.
5. Select "Firmware update" to "YES".
6. Save
7. Short press the knob.
If you have problems connecting to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the dimmer, try turning off the new router while making changes.
