I purchased a 2 gang wifi dimmer switch and installed it with no problems. I connected the switches to the app and was able to control them through Google Home.
Since installing them, they are constantly disconnecting and have not been able to stay connected to wifi for more than around 5 minutes at a time. The switches work manually (apart from lights occasionally turning on or off when the switch reconnects to wifi).
What's especially unusual is that I left home for work last week, and my wife said that they worked perfectly all week. When I returned, I checked on the app and both switches had been continually connected to wifi for more than 3 days. Within an hour or so of being home, the switches returned to having the same problem and haven't been able to stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time.
What can I do to fix the switches?

This looks like problems with WiFi range. The application message indicates that the dimmer had problems finding the VM9309500 network at all. I suggest checking the router. Maybe it has some limits and when more devices appear on the network, problems begin.
