Problem adding SUPLA skill to Alexa

I’ve recently installed a Varilight V-Pro smart dimmer switch. I’ve successfully connected to my WiFi network via the SUPLA app (iOS) and the switch works fine when operated manually or via the app.
The problem I have is that I am unable to add the SUPLA skill to my Alexa account. I get the following error:

Invalid request
The server has returned an HTTP 400 Error. It means that the request you tried to perform is invalid.

Could not save the public clients list from Autodiscover
