Values missing when downloading from two different PCs

Hi,

I found when downloading data (cloud website) using two different PCs, on one PC there are three value entries / timestamps missing in the table, in the first 20 entries. This can be seen when comparing CSV files (All, Incremental), and remains as a constant error when downloading the next time hours or days later.
I found that when trying to put some values in my comparison table to the standard electricity counter.

I further found out, that on thew PC where lines are missing, the result is correct when using MS Edge.
There should be a validator embedded in the exporter, to check if the timestamps are consistent.

Tried to send another one as test with no attachment. Both messages got tuck in my "Outgoing messages" folder.
