Unifi and Supla

Can someone help out here please.

I have Varilight VPRO Supla lighting .

I also have Unifi cameras running through UDM-SE.

My cameras have motion detect as part of Unifi Protect and can trigger events.

I would like the motion event from the cameras to trigger the Supla lighting. Is there a way to do this?

Can motion event trigger http/https/mqtt requests?

It does look a little messy but I think yes it can (secondary script monitoring the log file and sending an HTTPS)

You can create a direct link from cloud.supla.org level and call it from another system.

Thanks very much, yes that could well work. Does Supla have any timer functions so the lights would go off after x minutes? Or would I need to issues a further api off request?

Supla supports timers. Whether they are available depends on the individual device. V-PRO does not currently support this, but perhaps this will change someday. Currently, you can create a scene that will have a predetermined time for the light to be on.
