Another thing. We need to collect more logs on our server side, but to be able to do this we need to coordinate our actions. To do this we need to set a day and time for you to execute the voice commands, and at that time we will collect the logs.

This issue is quite complex and without user support and Amazon's involvement it was difficult to determine what was happening.

I wrote to you about this a month ago directly to your email. Below is a screenshot. From what I see in the database for the account 'jcs******@gmail.com' you did not do what I asked you to do in the email.
