DS18b20 now not showing temperature with new server. Rollet (RS) module 1.2

I will check it with RS firmware but on raspberry I see temperature.

With socket firmware temperature work correctly.
Gate is also without errors.
Only RS seems to be affected.
I flashed all firmware on cycle with same hardware. Only with RS temperature read as -275 C in app
