your email address of the account.

To update the dimmer, you need switch it to configuration mode by holding the knob min. for 5 sec. Then you need to connect to a WiFi network with a name starting with the phrase "SUPLA". After connecting to wifi, open http://192.168.4.1 and set "Firmware update" to YES. Finally, press the knob.
Hello, I too am facing the same issues - my ‘smart’ dimmer never lasts more than a day or two without needing a power cycle to reconnect.
I have carried out various steps mentioned in this thread, including updating firmware and reducing maximum brightness - nothing helps.
Would you be able to send me the 55 version to try please?
Thank you.

Sorry I’m not entirely sure what you mean? I’ve just checked it again and I’m still on ver .52

You need to put the dimmer in configuration mode.
Then connect to its WiFi network.
Go to http://192.168.4.1
Set "Firmware update" to "Yes".
Press "Save"
Exit setup mode

Thanks, I’ve done that several times but the firmware never changes, it is still on .52

It looks like your browser did not refresh the page. From what I can see, the dimmer has been updated to version 2.8.55. You can also check it at cloud.supla.org.

Thank you. Yes it appears to now be on .55 via the link you posted, however it has disconnected again. See here - https://ibb.co/VNqXZZN

I’ve even tried swapping to a different Wi-Fi network, that hasn’t helped.
These ‘smart’ dimmers are proving to be more hassle than they’re worth!

Go to the dimmer settings from the application and place a screenshot here. From the main window, tap the (i) icon and post a screenshot here.
