Dimmer won’t connect to SUPLA

ImageHi I am attempting to add my dimmers, they are going into pairing mode and when I try and connect the device thrPugh Wi-Fi, I click and the fast blinking changes to a steady blink and then the below error message appears and help really appreciated - I have 3 connected already but some dropped

I am on 2.4

The image containing the error is not visible. Perhaps your router has some limits.
