I need to reset the Counter for Actual Power . In the cloud i can only find the Value add menue.

You can reset the counter from the device level or from the cloud level if the counter supports this functionality.

In the case of MEW-01, you can only reset all counters. You can do it after switching MEW-01 into configuration mode. After connecting to the WiFi network broadcast by MEW-01, open the website http://192.168.4.1 There, type "RESET" in capital letters in the field "Reset" and save. After doing this, I recommend that you delete your history from cloud.supla.org.
In the newer version of MEW, you will be able to reset the counter from cloud.supla.org
