Unable to link with supla - ALEXA

hi, i am trying to link my alexa with supla but after allowing access to my supla account it says unable to link supla with alexa whereas it is working fine with google home.
any help will be appreciated!

i tried with the website you provided and it added successfully but they stopped working on google home, were being shown offline so i had to remove and reconnect my account in google home to get them back.
