I love the soul of this project and I want to ask beginner questions:
1-how can I get the gerber file for the main modules?
2-can I add for example 4 relay switch and appears with 4 relays controllers on the client application?

1 - there are no "main modules" and no gerber files for them. If you found something on forum you can ask that specific topic author for help in getting such files.
2 - yes, you can add multiple relays (and other "channels") on single device and those will be available in client's application. There are some SW limits, but in practice you will be limited earlier by amount of GPIO on your HW.
