I'm able to add one radiator to the app, when I add the next it either won't show as another icon or it seems to flash showing both radiators on one icon.

Any help greatly appreciated

On February 3, 2025, I wrote to you in an e-mail:
1. Put device 1 into configuration mode.
2. Connect to device 1's wifi network.
3. Open the page http://192.168.4.1
4. Take a screenshot of the entire page
5. Restart the device
6. Put device 2 into configuration mode.
7. Connect to device 2's wifi network.
8. Open the page http://192.168.4.1
9. Take a screenshot of the entire page
10. Send the screenshots to me via email.

Thank you for your reply. I will try this shortly.

This is a new system for us - I think you may have me confused with someone else.

I will let you know how I get on.

Kind regards

Apologies - the link with the numbers does not open.

I have completely closed down the account, turned off all the radiators and started again with a fresh email, and am having similar issues. Once in pairing mode (quick flashing light) I press "start" on the app, go through the process and I get the attached screen. But the heater does not appear in the application list. It also does not show on the website.

I have made sure the access identifiers are connected and active with my phone and that it is active.

Any advice welcome

This was not a good decision because it distances us from determining the cause instead of bringing us closer to it. The link will not open if you do not connect to the device's WiFi.
