Hi. I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me. I've got 16 of these built into my walls to control my blinds, and unfortunately our electrician messed around with our router and created a new ssid.
Of course the modules lost connection to the WiFi and it seems the only way to reconnect them is to pull them each out of the wall to press the config button. I really hope there's another way that means that I don't need to do that around the whole house

It depends on what soft you have there. If it is one of the newer ones, you can switch to the configuration mode in the cloud in the channel details. If you do not have this option on the cloud, then unfortunately the button on the module remains.

"....then unfortunately the button on the module remains..." or set the old SSID and password on the new router.

Thanks guys. I did try to use the old info but it didn't work and I guess we have old software as they've been fitted for three years now. Looks like I'm ripping them out of the wall
