wont register my devices

I have tried numerous times to register my devices.. 3 heating elements for radiators . Making up new accounts etc but they wont appear in the app.
It now says my registrations have been disabled.
any advice???

When you go through the adding wizard in the application, what do you see in the summary in the last step? Submit a screenshot.
