Unit not turning on

Hi,
I just bought and installed the MEW01 power monitoring device, wired in voltage and current inputs and the unit doesn’t come on.
I tried pressing and holding the only button it has, nothing

What’s wrong?
I checked voltage on the inputs - there is 236v on each phase compared to the neutral / ground

Has that happened to anyone here?

Hi. Maybe a damaged piece? They are calibrated and tested by us, but I do not exclude such a possibility. Request from the seller. If this is a problem, please send it to us.

Thank you for your reply- it got resolved.

Turned out there was no ground where it was. Supposed to be.
