I flashed 1MB blank.bin from address 0x00000 and then flashed the sonoff socket firmware but the problem was same.

Have you used esp_init_defaults.bin?

Yes, I used it at address 0xfc000 when I flashed firmware.

This problem has arised with "Sonoff Basic R2 Ver1.0 2017-10-11". Earlier boards of sonoff basic get flashed easily

I am using this configuration
boot file address 0x00000
sonoff socket firmware 0x01000
esp_int 0xFC000
flash size 1 MB
baud rate 115200
SPI speed 40MHz
SPI Mode DOUT.
