thanks, pzygmunt. So, finally I've got the converter as on the picture above, installed it as a COM port. I guess I should switch it to the 3.3V mode, and connect somehow to the TH16 plate? How exactly? I see only 4 holes GND**VCC on TH16. By the way, can I use ESP8266Flasher utility for flashing?
